13 weeks!

We have officially hit 13 weeks and entered into out second trimester. My pregnancy hormones have gotten worse, I have begun to  randomly cry at any point in time over the smallest thing. My cravings are still basically the same, nothing to awkward. Mostly just pickles, hot dogs and chicken nuggets. My belly is slowly getting bigger but still not by much, Zack noticed last night that belly button is just a little less deep than last week lol :( I've started getting these feelings in my tummy that feel a little like butterflies and gas at the same time, Mirissa says that they are "baby flutters" I think it's pretty cool, I wish Zack could feel them. The wedding is finally only 2 weeks away, which means I'm 2 weeks from relaxation and I can not wait! I'm not sleeping much right now from all the wedding stress but I'm doing my best to catch it whenever I can.

10 Weeks!

So, we are currently at 10 weeks along and we have our first ultrasound appointment tomorrow afternoon! I got morning sickness a couple times but nothing too major. For the most part I just have an intense amount of cravings, I crave things like strawberry orange pineapple smoothies, vanilla yogurt, apples, and frozen pizzas! hahah at least most of it is healthy ;). I've gained about 5 pounds since we found out about 5 weeks ago. I've been having some strange shooting pains in my lower abdomen just a little too often, my mother says they might just be growing pains but lucky we have that doctors appointment so I can run it by her and see what she says. Hopefully it's nothing too bad, I am under a lot of stress with the wedding coming up and all. We got to hear the baby's heartbeat last Tuesday when we went to the doctor for the first time, it was at a healthy 160 bpm. I tried my best not to cry hearing it but I couldn't hold it in, if I felt this amazing just hearing his heartbeat I can only imagine how I'm going to react holding him for the first time. And, yes. I said him. I'm confident that it's a boy. Call it woman's intuition. :) I'm beginning to get a slight baby bump that Zechari says isn't noticeable but I say it is. At this point in the pregnancy baby is growing fingers and toes! At first it weirded me out a little but the more I thought about it the cooler it seemed. Knowing that I'm responsible for this little guys life is a little overwhelming but overall I can't wait for him to get here. We love our little pea pod!

P.S. Sorry about the awful quality of the picture, it's the best I can do.
